Sometimes we make a change and expect everything to shift straight away. When it doesn’t, we get disheartened. But the truth is… things are changing. Once you’ve made the change, there’s no going back, because you see differently now with awareness.

Sometimes we just need to sit with that, embrace the quiet, and trust that our seeds are growing.

So as we start this month, take a look at how much has shifted for you this year already. And also embrace where you are right now because this place, this step, is what leads you to the next one.
