March’s Monthly Message

Welcome to March.

It feels like the year has already been moving fast. Suddenly we’re in the third month.

Today I was sitting in Mayfair watching a group of young entrepreneurs. Big ideas, big energy, that “anything is possible” mindset.

The world says it wants people like that.

But the moment those ideas become big, the system steps in. The edges get smoothed. The risk gets managed.

So the question is: do we really want innovation, or do we only want it until it gets uncomfortable?
